If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the ship date. For damaged or defective items please contact customerservice@butterflycraze.com or call our toll free number at 877-587-6974 . For all other returns please ship the order back to us and include a copy of the invoice or a letter with the invoice number on it. Please state the reason for the return.

It usually takes one to two business days for us to process your refund (minus shipping) once we receive it. The refund will usually show up on your credit card statement within three business days after that.

For exchanges, the process is the same.

You can choose any carrier in returning your package and be responsible for shipping charges.
